Flexibility
The team at Respond First Aid are shift working veterans, this means that we don't believe in traditional 9-5 hours of operation.
We deliver courses, products and consult whenever your business requires them whether that be 9am or 9pm, online or face to face, we will have a solution that works for you!

Our aim is to make the entire process as easy as possible from start to finish. Once you start working with us we will customise our courses & bookings, products and advice around your business requirements.
We can work closely with you or your first aid/ WHS co-ordinator to keep you or your business up-to-date and audit complaint!

Humble Beginnings & Corporate Frustrations
It all began with a nurse, working on a hospital ward in Sydney. A vision to prove that nurses are not just healthcare professionals, but are well rounded, resilient, practical and reliable in both the clinical setting and private sector.
With a background in the retail industry and having to sit through a number of First Aid and CPR training courses as part of my role, I was frustrated with how poor the training was, I was sick of getting taught how to do something rather than why I am doing it in the first place! Even as a student nurse I could see that the trainers clinical knowledge was lacking and wondered what it would be like for an experienced clinician to teach me. Would it be more engaging? Would they be able to answer all those "what if" questions I had?​ Could they tell me what happens in the ambulance or hospital after I get that initial help?

The answer is YES! This is exactly why ALL of our first aid trainers are current and practicing healthcare professionals, who have studied and worked in the industries that give them the experience and qualifications to deliver quality first aid courses that leave you feeling confident and understanding why we deliver those new first aid skills you have just learnt.
